The peace corps never actually sent me specifics for what to pack. The best I got from them was "plan for both warm and cold weather". Well what the heck does that mean? Do they mean warm like a summer in the south, or warm like las vegas? Do they mean cold like New York cold, or cold like Montana? So I went online and searched for "Peace Corps Georgia Packing list" and lo and behold there is an entire wiki set up for the service. As I looked through the list I realized that I would need to go shopping soon, one of my least favorite activities.
So if you're ever wondering what to take with you to georgia for a 2 year stay in a rural area, here's the best I can do for you without actually having been. it'll be fun to look back on this list later and see if it contained good information or not.

Long underwear, hats, gloves, wool socks. Those are important clues. Sound cold outside and inside. Film....(what is that?)
