The time is coming soon! I got my most detailed email to date outlining what the next few months of my life are going to look like. Here's the schedule of events:
April 30th - Fly from Raleigh NC to Philadelphia PA, where I will participate in a 7 hour orientation.
May 1st - Get on a bus and head to NYC to fly out from JFK to T'Blisi Georgia.
First 3 days: I'll be in T'Blisi doing a crash course orientation, and getting more vaccines (oh boy).
Next 9 weeks: After lunch on Saturday, May 5, we will depart for Telavi, a small town in central Georgia which will serve as the hub community for Pre-Service Training. Trainees will live, and participate in the bulk of their training, in clusters of 5-6 trainees in small villages and towns surrounding Telavi.
Upon arrival in Telavi, I will meet your host families. This is a very exciting moment, as all host families are very eager to meet their new extended family members. Married couples will live together with a host family. This will be your first opportunity to experience the warmth and emotion of Georgian hospitality.

when you get back out east in 2014 youll have to come down to florida for a visit! have a great time...dont take a single moment for granted
